Residency Opportunities
The department of Visual Art is conducting a series of portfolio review workshops during the month of November to get students excited and ready for art residencies applications.
Awards for VA Concentrators
Applications are currently closed.
Individual awards are available to Junior or Senior Visual Art Concentrators to support the purchase of supplies or materials for paintings or mixed-media work with an emphasis in painting.
Individual awards are available to VA Concentrators to support the purchase of supplies or materials for 3D/sculpture, installation, or performance projects.
An award for a Junior or Senior Visual Art Concentrator. Independent concentrators may apply as long as they plan a career in some aspect of art. Eligible projects may be done as completely independent projects outside of Brown, as independent study projects, or as work within the regular department curriculum.
